Schedule lines - expenditure item date

When the salary amounts for an employee with a secondary assignment are being transferred from LD to grants and such secondary assisgnment has a status of "Non contract without pay" - any salary amount being paid to the employee in that duration is picking up the expenditure item end date of the previous assignment.

Let's say the employee is on secondary assignment from may 1st - may 31st with a status of "Non contract period without pay" then the salary paid during this time gets the expenditure item date of April 30th which is the last day of the primary assignment.
