OM: Reservation Time Fence- can it be based on working days

Hello

Currently we have set profile option OM: Reservation Time Fence to three days. It calculates the fence days based on days ie., working and non-working days. We have a requirement to base it on working days ie., use a specific calendar. Has anyone tried doing that? or is there some way of acheiving it?
