Top 10 or 20 sessions - 10.2.0.4 database

Hi


We have a 10.2.0.4 database Standard Edition

since we do not have the option of using addm, awr (we are using S.E) we are looking for a SQL script to identify top 10 or top 20  sessions in a database at any given time. Can someone please point us to such a script?
