8i Roll back segment

 Dear all,
I find the rollback segment database grow quite fast. Our database is just have around 9GB database, but the datafile for rollback segment is growing to around 900MB, I find a few rollback segment grow over 100MB while other is relatively small. should I shrink the rollback segment to save space?
