Turning tablespace

Hi all,

       My database is version 10.2 (64 bit)

       OS: Linux 64 bit 

       I have a tablespace to use contain all of indexs with 45 datafiles. Now, its size very large. Anyway that I can turning this tablespace ? Can give some advices ? Thanks
