SIM paths going offline.

 The head ( 7410) bios has been updated and the FW has been update to the 2010.Q3.2.1 code, which will also upgrade the FW of the disks from 313 to 514.
Few disks were not upgraded due to the SIM paths to these disks going offline over a period of time.

Now how to proceed to upgrade the disk FW which are at 313 code.
