Time card Job Type, batch # are changing

 My client has seen this issue since turning on Date Effectivity.

Sometimes, the time card Job Type (JBCD)  is changed,  and sometimes the Batch # (ICU) changes.  Cannot be reproduced, and I cannot see any pattern or reason.

Some of the time cards that were chagned were last touched by B0702070 - a date effectivity bsfn.

The timecards are uploaded from the F06116Z1 file,  or entered as Interims.  Some are Type 1 and some are Type 3 timecards.  The Type 3 timecards are processed standalone,  Generate Time card journals.

Client is on 8.12.  Has anyone else run into this?
