Master routings and backflush

  We are using JDE World version 7.3 cum 11.  I have created some master routings but it seems that unless the item that is associated with the master routing (using the MR in cross reference) has the same seq numbers in its routing as the master routing, my labor hours do not backflush (WLLABA in f3112 is not calculated and and WLDCT of IH is not created).  I was hoping to use only master routings with a large number of items so that we didn't have to maintain routings with each item.  The routing associated with the item does not seem
