Can't Post to Discussion using Internet Explorer 8

 Anyone having this problem?

When I try and start a new discussion using IE 8.0 the post message button is not showing the only button showing is the cancel button.  A co-worker in my office has the same problem. Is maintenance being done on the site? This was posted using Mozilla Firefox
