Not valid responsibility when assigning tio user a new self service responsibility

 Dear All

When assigning a new self service responsibility to a user, he cannot access to it, system shows an errir Responsibility is not a valid responsibility for this user.

One day after he generally can access to it

I tried to change begining date of assignmenet is responsibility assignment for the user, but still never work

Any idea about this problem?
