Proper procedure for changing Entity hierarchies

Hello,

We use Process Control in one of our HFM Scenarios.  It seems so time consuming to reject Process Control back for all periods when I make a change to the Entitiy hierarchy.  What is the proper procedure or best practice when 1) adding a new entity to an existing hierarchy or 2) re-arranging or making a significant change to the existing entity structure?
