Ingredien picking creates two move orders for a batch.

 A batch has 10 ingredients, when Ingredient picking is executed one move order number is provided, however, two MO's are created one for 3 of the ingredients and one for the other 7.  What could be the cause for this to occur in the same batch? 

When ingredient picking for a batch which has a phantom ingredient a MO is displayed for only the parent batch.  Should this MO include the ingredients for the phantom batch as well?
