New Balancing Segment Value not Showing up in Subledgers

Hello,

We have added a new company in GL Key flexified/chart of accounts which is also a balancing segment. It is an independant value set and we just added new value for the new company. We even tried to re compile chart of account structure.

But this new company is not showing up anywhere in Sub ledger.  For e.g. in payable if we have to create a distribution account on invoice workbench, the new company is not showing up from the list of  value.

What am I missing? Any Idea?
