Upgrade from 9i to 10g

 We would like to upgrade from Oracle 9i (32 bit) to Oracle 10g 64 bit since we have some issues with the memroy ( 3 GB switch limit).

Please let me know what are the various steps involved. We ordered new server on which are going to install OS and database (64 bit) and install oracle 10g.

We are planning to take Oracle 9i database export and import to Oracle 10g database.

Please suggest.
