What is the best way to read problem id 7014288 for Glassfish ?

Reading the README for the glassfish patch 128640-25 my cu can be impacted from the Problem ID 7014288. Wow, so let read the Problem!

If you search the Problem ID in the My Oracle Support Knowledge Base MOS finds 2 problems:
7014288 - GF 2.1.1 Patch 10-Fail over doesn't work if (2011 - Glassfish)
7014288 - NULL APPEARS ON BOTTOM OF HELP (2004 - JD Edwards)

But...
if you click you can see the second only!

What is the best way to read problem id 7014288 for Glassfish ?
