Migrating a Solaris 10 into a solaris10 branded zone in Solaris 11 Express - network configuration d

Hello,
Could you, please, let me know if there is any problem in changing the ip-type from shared to exclusive when migrating a Solaris 10 native zone to a solaris10 zone in Solaris 11 Express?

In addition, if in Solaris 11 Express I create a vnic for using in such exclusive ip-type for the new zone, is it a matter of just performing dladm create-vnic or must I bring it up inside the zone via ifconfig?
