R12 Vs. Fusion

 we are thinking to upgrade EBS sometime next year,   I think Fusion is going to release  at the end of this year,  anyone has any options which one I should go?  I think R12 makes change on funtional like Finance...,  but Fusion will be architect change for EBS.  I am little bit worry to be the tester for Fusion.  anyone gets a chance to play Fusion beta?
