Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Date formatting in a template

I am trying to format a field with a different format that the XML has shown. The raw XML has it this way:

<ETA>10-MAY-11</ETA>

According to the guide, this is how you format a date in the templat:

<?format-date:ETA;'YYYY/MM/DD'?>

Problem is, it doesn’t change. It still displays exactly the same as the raw XML data.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
