I can't copy database SQL DEVELOPER

 I have used Oracle SQL Developer Copy to copy the schema hr, and everything was fine, but when I do the same with a scheme that has over 1 gig data, just copy the table structure (no data). not copy anything else (index, packages etc)

could someone please help me
