Help - cannot load Employees as contacts in CRM Contact Center

 Hello,

Glad for advice. I am not able to load employee contacts in the CRM Contact Center. I expected that in the Form I should enter the employee's name and it would auto populate the Party Organisation (Customer) with the employer's name. I use R12.1.3

The employer is defined as a Business Group with classification of HR Organisation. But I don't see a record for it in the Hz_Parties table.

Any help will be appreciated.
