ASR/OCM installation on EXADATA

 I'm working with a customer who had ordered their EXADATA machines at MARCH 2011 time frame. At that time ASR/OCM needed to be installed separately, whereas today it seems ASR/OCM comes with the machine.
Customer will start implementing JULY 2011 time frame by downloading the latest images available from our websites.

Question : will ASR/OCM soft be included in the images download of JUL or will it still require additional ASR/OCM download ?

Can anyone provide any guidance on this ?  Community threads without an update for a week would mean this community is worthless.
