URGENT. please help.*** users and responsibilities

 Hi,

I would like to do the following in Oracle apps 11.5.10.2 environment:

1. export fnd users and their responsibilites from instance A.

2. clone the database.

3. import fnd users and their responsibilities back into instance A.

I am wondering how can steps 1 and 3 be done? It need not be an exp/imp. Any method that can preserve the old user info and responsibilities is fine for me.
