State/Prov/Div Codes how are you handling. it.

When setting up the UDC code 00/S for multiple countries how do you conform and deal with the cases where there are multiple states/Provid/Div. with the same code set by the ISO3166-2 for different countries but the description is different For example

Code          State/Provid/Div                 Country

NL   Newfoundland & Larador/Nueve Leon/Kwa Zulu Natal   for CA, MX & ZA

or

WA  Washington / Western Australia  for US & Australia

 Also does JDE have the standard format set up to copy to the Country Constants P0070, so we do not have to create all of them.
