ITEM price after shipment

 Hello
I have a business scenario,

Items unit price is set after the goods shipped but in application,we set item price on sales order and then shipped,but we don't know the item price before the shipment,it is to be set after the goods shipped,how it is possible to set item price after goods shipped?
