F00165 Table

 Hello: we're upgrading from Xe to E900 release, the PY environment is completed and we're now in testing phase, I noticed that the number of records for F00165 table in Production data decreased dramatically, the one in Xe has around 4 million records. and the upgraded one on PY has about 400,000 records only. i don't know why???!!!!!

any ideas
