Applying Discount in AR Invoice

Hi,
I need to apply a 4% discount in items of an AR Invoice, automatically.
I do not know the sales orders lines that are going to be included in the Invoice before the creation of the Invoice.

The discount will be applied for a specific customer or set of customers.

Is that possible?
