order lines booked while ship confirm window interfaced

Hello

i booked the sales order and pick release and ship confirm ,but when i try to run interface trip stop it shows no delivery found,the sales order line status shows SHIPPED while shipping transaction form shows INTERFACED,but the order is not processing for auto invoice,What is the reason?
