HFR - Database connection not found

hi

When we try running a reports (that use 4 or more attributes),  using the data query optimization setting "Essbase Queries use MDX" then we get an error message - "database connection not found".

However, the same report when run with the option "Optimize query when row contains attribute dimesions", it runs very fast, but does not fetch the alias/description of member names/ attributes.

Could you please guide on the same. Is there a limit on the number of attribute combinations that HFR can handle?
