Migration from 10g to 11g and from 2003 Server

 Dear Team,
I am working on a window 2003 server(32 bit)...and i am using Oracle 10g(10.2.0.1),..i have to migrate my database 10g to 11g(R2) on same server...
Please tell me some idea to solve this issue.
