How to package up 10.2.0.3 through SCCM for Windows 7 and then going to 10.2.0.5

 I am trying to push the setup.exe for 10.2.0.3 through SCCM to a Windows 7 machine and just the unzip and java.exe's show up in the task manager and then nothing else.  Why wouldn't setup.exe show up and when I check the status in SCCM it says the install was succesful, when really it wasn't, because there is no Oracle folder on the C drive.

Please help...thank you.  Or if there is a package of some sort that you could provide me that would be great as well.
