Possibility to enter dates in any format in Oracle eBS Forms

Hi,

I remember that it should be possible in Oracle eBS 11.5.9 and higher that dates can be entered in any format, for example 010611, and Oracle recognizes that I mean 01-Jun-2011.

In the system I am currently working (R12.0.3) this is not possible. I have to enter 01-JUN-2011.

Is there a profile option to enable any format in date fields?
