FUTA rate decrease effective 07/01/2011

The Vertex update suggests the FUTA self adjust be turned off to calculate the correct tax amounts or you may get negative tax liability. World does not have a self adjust feature to turn off.   

What can be done to avoid the negative tax amounts?
