How to create and alert for alert log entries in EM Grid Control (or dbconsole) 11.2.0.2

 We are preparing to upgrade from 9i to 11g and in the process I'm working on understanding the Enterprise Manager changes.  What I cannot seem to find in the new version is a way to get alert log entries (for example: shrink datafile fails because data extends beyond new size).  In the past (OEM 9i) we could set up alerts from the alert log, and it appears in the 10g version there was an Alert Log Metric that could be configured to capture ORA errors.  I'm not seeing that anywhere in the metric selections for the 11.2.0.2 version we are testing.
