How to generate Requisiton Charge Account

 Hi ALL,

Can anyone please guide my 'How to generate Charge Account' for requisition through a pl/sql .

Is there any API which we can use to generate these CCID .

My objective :- To import requisiton details  into Requistions interface table with proper charge account.    I think charge accounts gets generated based on Item setup or something else.

Any help would be highly appreciated
