GetProdEligibility is not getting called for catalog view

Customer is in SIT and facing issue of GetProdEligibility is not getting called for catalog view, Signals were called in Development environment and they had activated workflows related to E&C and pricer in SIT environment. Suggested to check the "Missing Signals in the DB after Installation (Doc ID 1221604.1)" and got update that the Signals are present and they are Active also Actions in the Signals are Active.

What are different check we can do to make sure that the signals are getting called.

 Checked the log file but did not get any RaiseSignal event captrued in it.
