Backup Suggestion

 To All,  We have ERP R12.0.6 and database is 10.2.0.2 we haven't 24x7 environment so we backup database on daily basis and
take full backup on weekly basis.
Can any one suggest that the increment is good for us or we continue the same practice as i write above.
