Getting missing HTMLTYPE errors Post Upgrade

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our DEV environment from Siebel 7.8.2.3. to Siebel 8.1.1.3 and are seeing the following errors show up in all the FORM applets:

Unable to find format definition for HTML type 'Field' for control 'Location'.

Unable to find format definition for HTML type 'MiniButton' for control 'ScriptIncludeHook'. 

We have looked at and compared all the CSS and SWF/SWT files and do not find any difference in the 78 and 81 environment. 

Has anyone experienced similar problems like this as well?
