Order Entry error related to FOB point

While trying to enter in a manual sales order oracle is throwing the message below. Does anyone know what this is about in R12.1.2 ? FOB is updated at the ship-to purpose and also exists at the customer level. Also FOB value is defaulting on the 'Others' section of the header page. Just when I click on the line items tab it throws the below message.
" Please enter the required value for the FOB Location segment in the Additional Header information flexfield"
