Date fields will not display

 I am new to BI-Pub.  I am trouble-shooting an existing template.  Our PO Output report stopped displaying dates in the line and header.  There are 3 fields that can be used - Due Date, Need by Date and Revision Date.  Any field used will not display.  I created a new "template" with only the date fields on it.  It came up blank.  When I use the preview option on the template screen, the date fields are populated but when I run using live data, I have blank fields.  I ran the template re-gen for "all" - no change.   

I tried to generate an XML file with live data to view the data in a raw state by copy and rename PO Output report and change output to XML.  Job runs and completes normally.  When I click on view output, IE window opens, quick flash of download window and then it closes and IE window closes.  Oracle Apps 12.1.3   BI for Word 10.1.3.2   I tried 11.1.1.5 but it made no difference.  Any help would be appreciated.
