Changing Business Units to an existing company

We need to change business units (Balance Sheets and P&L Business Units) from the present company to an existing company. I understand that after running integrities, I should change the company number on the Revised Business Unit, then run P097041/P097031/P097021 with processing option set to Update.  For Fixed Assets I need to run Co # BU/Obj/Sub - F1202 (P12802).

What about A/P and A/R?  Are there programs to run to update A/P Detail, Payment Header and Detail Files and A/R Invoice, Receipts Header and Detail Files?
