Query to get the relationships of a table

Hi guys!!...
Can anyone help me to create a Query that allows me to check the relationships of a specific table?.

I'm asking this because i need to insert a variable called RESOLUTION_TEXT that is on the S_RESITEM table, but those records are linked somehow to another table. I don't know what's the name of that table and maybe there is another one between those 2.

Thanks in advanced.

PS: sorry for my bad english and sorry but i'm really a newbie at Oracle....
