Error from EM

Hi all,

Today, when log on EM, from Home page and Host CPU area I saw my CPU is 100%, see some logs and from "Server Has 100% Of Cpu Because Of Dbresp.pl [ID 764140.1]" ---> I stop and restart dbconsole, but when log on EM, but both of Host CPU and Active Sessions areas, chart is unavailable, from emagent.trc I received some errors:
