OHAS startup delay

   Dear all,

I have a RAC 11.2.2 SE installed on windows2008r2 2 nodes, everytghing is fine except the startup process of the crs;

Crs and Rac services take about 15-20 minutes to complete starting after windows already restarted and running. After checking the ohas log file I found that the OHAS is waiting for all OTHER (noone Oracle) services which is in an Autostart mode, to finish starting, then the startup process starts. Her are some snipit from the file:
