How to close project issue (control item) ?

 Hi,

I create issue for project. It had status "Working". After that I try to change status - and only one value "Submitted" available, so I changed status to "Submitted". Workflow started - project manager approve notification. So, issue had status "Approved".

Issue with this status is showed as open issue.

I want to close issue, but I can not - get a message in change status page "There are no next statuses available for this issue type".

I use Defaul status list for this issue type.

Can anybody suggest - how to close issue ?
