Leave Salary in Advance
I have a requirement where I want to pay leave salary in advance for workers in our organization before they go on vacation. Our organization has a workforce of about 12,000 workers. Workers usually go on leave for 2 - 3 months in a stretch after completing 3 years of service in the company. About 8% of the workforce will be on leave at any point of time. Currently, we are paying leave salary as salary advance using Net Advance interim and deduct it from regular payroll payments generated for leave time. We are capturing the leave through Leave Management
