Does anyone currently use the Reconcile Accrued Liabilities tool in PeopleSoft

 Do you have any controls in place set up in PeopleSoft to get this tool to work effectively? Is it working as a perpetual accrued liabilities, received not vouchered reconciliation for you monthly? What steps are you taking to get your accruals to reconcile?
