Account Aliases and Account Code Combination Table

We are on 11.5.9 Oracle Financials E-Business Suite

In Oracle GL We defined Account Aliases for an Account code combination. Because we have some Subsystems who are talking to our GL with these Account Aliases.

We have "Allow Dynamic Inserts" Switched ON at COA Level.

When we define Account Alias for an account code combination, the Code Combination Table does not get updated with that entry. It should get updated Because our "Dynamic Insert" is ON?

The Work around is I have load those 1800 Aliases in Account Code combination table. Is this an Intended functionality or a bug?
