Enabling customer addresses across Operating Units

Is there a way to "share or enable" customer addresses across Operating Units?  A customer has an address in Operating Unit A and you want to use the same address in Operating Unit B without re-entering it. I thought there was a way to copy or enable an address by selecting the From and To Operating Units?
