ASR 3.2 now available - ASR Manager update available

ASR 3.2 is now live. The ASR infrastructure has been updated, and ASR Manager 3.2 software is available to download.

Oracle Auto Service Request Release 3.2 enhancements and features:

  • E-mail reminders for Pending assets: Repeated e-mail send added for assets in Pending status. E-mail will be sent at time of asset activation. Reminders sent weekly for up to three weeks.
  • Multiple e-mail grouping: ASR e-mail communications for a given e-mail address that are the same type (for example, ASR Asset in Pending status) will be grouped into one. A ten-minute grouping timer is used.
