US PAY: Retro taxation

Does anyone know if Oracle has the capability of  recalculating taxes if there is an adjustment to pay in a pay period that has previously processed?  Our organization uses the retro function in Oracle to make adjustments to hours whether its for a under or overpayment for previous pay periods.  The retro process calculates the hours and brings the value into the current pay period .  When we process the current pay period, Oracle's tax calculations factors in the adjustment amount.  The problems is that the FIT and SIT are not always accurate.  If Oracle would recalculate the taxes for
